READY-TO-SHIP

We aim to dispatch orders (besides ID tags) in 1 - 3 working days. During promotional offers such as sale events (including Black Friday), please allow 3 - 7 working days for dispatch.

ID Tags

Printed ID tags are shipped separately straight from our supplier to avoid additional delays in postage and so if you have ordered other items, you will receive two separate parcels.

Engraved ID tags take between 5 and 10 workings days and will dispatch with any other items ordered so please note that your entire order will not dispatch until the engraved ID tag(s) has been made.

All UK orders are posted using Royal Mail's Tracked 48hr delivery service. You will receive a dispatch email when your order has been shipped.

Please note, we cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by Royal Mail - these delays are out of our control. Please allow 10 working days from date of dispatch before contacting us if you have not received your order.

UK Standard Delivery via Royal Mail Tracked 48hr:

 - FREE on all orders over £40

 - Standard- £4.50

 - Bandanas, bows, poop pockets, poop loops, ID tags - £3.50

E.U. Delivery via Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed - £9.50

Please note, deliveries to the Republic of Ireland and other EU countries may be subject to a customs charge. 

International Delivery via Royal Mail Tracked & Signed - £12.50
